Summer Schedule

Class Descriptions :
Tumbling Classes
These are guided classes to work on tumbling skills! During these classes coaches will start with a guided warmup and stretch. Then they will do a tumble warm up across the floor and then they will break athletes up into groups to work skills!
Open Gyms
Our open gyms are not guided. This just gives athletes time to go in and work on whatever they may want! Coaches will be available to spot or help set up drills throughout the time!
Private Lessons
These lessons are one-on-one with one athlete and one coach. These are tailored to the athlete to work on anything they need.
Competition Teams
These teams travel to different competitions and compete their routines monthly. These teams practice 1-3 times a week (depending on division).
Performance Teams
These teams do not travel. They will perform their routines at showcases and evemts around town. These teams practice 1 time a week.
Sideline Teams
These teams do not travel. They will cheer for our local youth football games. These teams practice 1 time a week and cheer at multiple games!
Poms Dance
This Pom Dance Team will be a high-energy, synchronized dance style that combines sharp motions, precision, and visual formations using pom-poms. We emphasize teamwork, rhythm, and performance quality while building strength, coordination, and confidence. This team will be expected to commit to local performances, including and not limited to: parades, youth football games, youth basketball games, 7220 showcases, and other local events as are available. We will utilize this first year of Pom dance team to be the foundation of a future in competitive team opportunities for future seasons.
Hip-Hop Dance
This hip hop class will be an ever-evolving, high-energy experience that blends rhythm, musicality, and freestyle movement while honoring its roots in African and Latin cultures. Dancers will build strength, coordination, and confidence while expressing individuality and developing performance skills. This class intended to be educational, stress-free and an introduction to expressive movement. Performances will be exclusively the last ten minutes of every class. We encourage families to come and watch the dancers as often as possible.
